* All accommodations are ultra all-inclusive and will be at Kemer Barut Collection - Antalya, Turkey.
* 18% VAT is not included in prices.
* 50€ will be added to the fees for bank transfer of international attendees. No fee will be added if the payment is done with a credit card.
* 1 attendee can only present 2 papers.
* Accompanying person cannot attend the presentations and foyer area. However, they can attend all of the social activities of the Congress and the Hotel.

  a- Limited number of Grad Students (must be Research or Teaching Assistant in a university) whose manuscripts are accepted, can benefit from the reduced prices. Only one grad student for each paper will be considered.

  b- Scholarship will be given to a limited number of undergrad students. Scholarship includes the prices of registration and accommodation. The students who are awarded must present a poster at UTIS. Students can apply to cansin@loviturizm.com for the scholarship.
